Aging

What will I look like when I’m 60,
70,
or after.
I am curious …….
looking at elders and watching, wondering…
I am finding that ageing is an interesting process. The fine lines and loose skin. Bits of extra padding. Grey hair.
It is not scary any more.
I am finding that it takes an extra stretch or two to keep flexible and feeling good.
I am also finding that it doesn’t have to be a bad thing. Or embarrassing it just “is”
I am looking forward to it.
Embracing it.
Being me.
